I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - from quick check-in to friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff always had a smile on their faces and were quick to assist me. The restaurant staff were efficient and hardworking, always replenishing food promptly. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options including fresh fruit salads, yogurts, meats, and pastries. The hot breakfast items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages were also delicious. My room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. The shower was good, and the room had plenty of storage space, a safe, and a fridge. The hotel's location was ideal, close to a supermarket and with the tramway stop right in front.

Tram stop near hotel. Friendly reception staff. Comfortable room, but bathroom needs refurbishing. TV channels in multiple languages. Mini bar, safe deposit, and tea making facilities in room. Free wifi in public areas. a pleasant stay. 👍

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bilbao and had a great experience. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently located in the city center. It was within walking distance to the Guggenheim museum and the old town. The hotel was also right at the terminal station of the only tram, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. The staff was very hospitable and the breakfast had a good selection of options. it was a perfect place to stay in Bilbao.
The only downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer than expected due to limited staff at the reception desk.
